Watching the news and its the 4th senator I see wearing a black suit with vertical white pinstripes.

There are several different styles of striped suits, both double breasted and single;

Classic pin stripe


Chalk stripe


Ghost stripe, which is very hard to see in a photo - a subtle stripe of the same color as the suit.
