do it very often these days. I listen to music (not the words) to help with mood and transcend ptsd.

In 2004, my mother passed away. I was her caregiver and the last 6 months were intense. I was physically and emotionally exhausted and I told my brother "I have to get out of this (her) house!"

I went to LA, stayed in a little rental on the beach in Santa Monica and lucked into seeing Blondie, The Tubes and The Romantics all in a 10 day span.

It was GREAT!!!
