I've made brioche buns from a recipe based on one in NYT recipes; if you're more into measuring by weight instead of cups & tablespoons try BBC Good Food archive. Or put the DU food bloggers on the case

It was more of a burger tartare, raw with side order of meat, carmelized onion, truffle, etc
