Don't know about you, but it seems like I spend half my mornings listening to repetitive messages and broken-up hold music while trying to fix other people's screwups.

2. I tried to call my bank the other day...

and made the mistake of calling the 800 number. I punched my way through a maze of options but could never find the right one for the reason I was calling. I did push 0 to get a rep but was on hold for so long, I had to give up.

and then your call gets dropped! It's just the irony of all these "efficient" automated systems.

4. It's especialy fun when they keep repeating

that you can find all of the information you need online when you are calling about the inability to get online.

When I finally got a live person I told her to tell her supervisor that she needed to fire that robot operator!

It made the living person start laughing.
