Cat really loves his Dad!

We adopted a doxie mix rescue last year (in our golden years). She's stuck on daddy all evening till he turns in, and weekends or days off, she's his clinging vine. She does to my husband what this kittycat does to her daddy.
What a hoot! (Precious furchildren.)

My current cat on the other hand is, what my family says, a "lug."

In fact, she gets a little miffed if I'm at the computer too long because she can't lie on my chest. So I have to take a break every once in a while and recline the chair back so she can snuggle.

My sweet Beaudreaux was just like that. Cuddle, cuddle, cuddle, all day long.

He died on June 12 at the age of 18. I have 3 cats in my house now, and 7 in my yard, but there will never be another Beau.
