(2,050 posts)For Kittymonster, I quit letting her out because she killed baby bunnies, now she just walks out into a 4x4 room and surveys her kingdom.
But she can't get out.
Works for me.

You're wise to keep them indoors-- I do with my three-- I wouldn't have it any other way.

(33,212 posts)They are 9 years old--had always been kept indoors--and were surrendered by their family because of allergies
developed by a child in the family.
They have been with us now for almost 3 months and shown ZERO interest in going outside (other than on the screened deck). Although I've never
had strictly indoor cats, there's no way I'd expect them to adjust to going outside after living indoors only for 9 years.
