We are experiencing high call volumes at this time

I hate getting this message.

What they're really telling you when you get this message is that they're too fucking cheap to hire the people they need to do the job properly.

3. Why in the hell

can't all high-volume call centre type of operations have a "call back" option these days? It makes so much sense.
