Desi Lydick (sp?) interviewed a trumpster on The Daily Show last night. The guy owns a golf course that would be bisected by "the wall." He explained that he didn't believe it would be a real wall, but a "metaphorical" wall. WTF? She was dumbfounded.

And when she asked him, he said he would still vote for trump.

Trump gets driven around in a limo, flies in a plane with his name on it, lives in penthouses with gold-plated sinks, and they think a man who claims $10 billion in assets and $12 billion in debts has a net worth of $10 billion. Rich people's math.

They get that if they have $50,000 in the bank and owe $250,000 on a house now worth $150,000, that they are in bad financial straits.

However, if you add three zeroes to each of those numbers, they think everything is just fine, because Trump acts like nothing is amiss.

Now there ARE some Trump voters that understand this perfectly. These are the Scott Pruitt types--anyone who knows exactly how to get financial advantage out of an egomaniac psychopath being president will vote that way every time, and give his campaign $100 million gladly, because the investment will repay itself tenfold.
