Does anyone else feel slightly insane today?

I feel like my brain is only barely connected to my body and everything seems to be slightly askew.

I’m not on any more meds than normal but I am a tad tired. I’ve driven several hundred miles since 5am today.

Anyone else feel off today? Nope. Ok then.

Today I’m surveilling people during the day instead of at night. It will probably go well into the night but I started early today.

Too many hours in a hot car have done what weed, public education, and heavy pharmaceuticals could never do. It’s broken me. (Cranks car up). Ok that’s better.
