At first, I was like.../And then, I like went...

I met an attractive woman on the train yesterday. We had a fairly deep and somewhat flirtatious conversation. Before we parted ways, she said "You know, I would like to pay you a compliment". As I began to blush, she said "Thank you for reminding me that there is really no reason that I need to continue to date men that are intellectually inferior to me. You really helped me out today". Then she turned and walked away.

At first, I was like...Oh please, think nothing of it.

And then, I like went...Er...wait...
