This is posted on Facebook this morning with the caption "If you could be in any cubicle, which one would it be?". Many comments about which kind of cubicle - the one near the window, the one next to an empty cubicle, etc.

My favorite comment is: "fuck your cubicle".

2. What cubicle? The tech world has scrapped

cubes in favor of an even cheaper "open office" design where you get nothing but a table surface and a computer, and many have discarded even any notion of space ownership. You are just an interchangeable worker unit grabbing the next story off the agile backload and using any available space to grind out your task. Oh it is all about communication and interaction and cooperation and not about cost and control. Or some other horseshit.
