and an interesting side note. At our local elementary school the parent volunteers spend hours working on the butterfly garden (and lots of extra $$$ donated too). It is very cool to save the Monarchs, but I wish we could also have a vegetable garden. Growing their own vegetables would teach the kids a great skill and provide much better food for their school lunch! People look at me like I have 2 heads when I suggest something like that down here.

I feel very guilty. I am far from wealthy. But I need to stop saying I'm in dire straights. I can always go live with my brother, which I may have to do if things don't change in the next couple weeks. But I have food on my plate.

So horrible. What a world we live in

Somehow we must replace the bully system with a compassion system.
