Longchamp leather wrapped, 7 day pipe set in a red case (French lettering inside)

Does anyone know about fancy pipe sets? I am not sure how to tell if it has been used/smoked.

The person who gave it to me had never used it.

Sort of musty but in original case. No paperwork.

Edit: I want to sell it. I will check for burn marks and tobacco smell.
