To explain
Ive gotten into a rhythm working on my new novel, and jumping off onto the board with a pastel drawing or drawing when I get stuck
then back to the book. Rinse repeat.
Wishing all of my artist friends and happy and inspired New Year!
Thanks Mark!

I tend to get the art equivalent of writer's block and I find it really hard to get started. Once I get going I can get something done but I spend too much thinking about what I want to do instead of doing it.
