Wash your hands, stay at home and watch Carmen!

'It is has been a challenging time for all of us. A vast majority of cultural establishments, operas, theaters and concert halls across the globe had to close their doors to avoid spreading COVID-19 to others.

Despite how much things changed in the last few weeks, we need to remain united and strong.

The Metropolitan Opera launched free “Nightly Met Opera Streams” which will begin today, March 16, with the 2010 HD performance of Bizet’s Carmen, conducted by Met Music Director Yannick Nezet-Seguin and starring myself
Elina Garanca in the title role and Roberto Alagna as Don José. Watch at bio.fm/office-1

All “Nightly Met Opera Streams” will begin at 7:30pm (00:30 CET) and will remain available via the homepage of metopera.org for 20 hours.'
