In the start of it a very small part reminded me of perhaps Hovhaness, but that quickly changed. 😁

I deliberated posting this piece, ended up with 'what the hey'.
The willow mb was 'weeping'? Its branches being tossed to and fro by some unwelcoming force. On the google this piece is described as fascinating and haunting.
