hilary makes the violin sing, I can't get over her skill and phrasing.

(3,290 posts)these performers can remember all the notes plus the violin "ain't got no frets" and they place their fingers such that they still hit all the right notes. I know, practice, practice, practice but damn! To me the violin, as a musical instrument, is the most able to convey the expression of emotion.
This is one of my favorites. Combined with the visual it really gets to me.

I know at first, stickers are used to guide players then removed when they get the hang of it.

Although possibly not quite as technically perfect, I can definitely recommend watching this live in a cathedral. It takes one's breath away.
