Binkie The Clown
(7,911 posts)It was one of my favorite pieces to play.
Sadly, I haven't touched a piano keyboard in 50 years.

(24,324 posts)I'll see your Ms Wang and raise you a Ms Son.
I was at both these concerts.
PS I've also heard Ms Wang live 2 times.

(7,911 posts)I think Ms. Wang has the edge on creativity, but how about this: Ms. Wang is my favorite on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Ms. Son is my favorite on Tuesday, and Saturday, with Thursday and Sunday reserved for Lang Lang, but with alternate Sundays reserved for Daniel Barenboim.
I envy you having seen them both in concert. Sadly, I now live too far from any good concert venues. (Fond memories of having lived in San Fransisco many moos ago, sigh...)

(24,324 posts)We'll just have to have a friendly disagreenent on the creativity score, but hey, that's ok.
We also disagree on lang lang. Lol.
But, we come together on Barenboim. That's pretty easy.
So many great Korean musicians. I know maybe 8 or 10.
I heard Kyung Wha Chung's Bach recital at Carnegie. Beyond amazing...
