It's got every element!
The cheesy organ, the fuzzy guitar, the 12 string guitar, the pulsing cowbell (which be barely touches in this video), the "ooohs" in the background, the "LaLas" at the end, with everything drenched in reverb.
Can't get much more psychedelic.

None of the instruments is plugged in.
There's not even a power cable on the Farfisa. And, there's no mic on the acoustic guitar. Piezo pickups for acoustic weren't marketed until the 70s. (Ovation & Takamine were the pioneers.)
I see this a lot on these old videos.

I purposely chose that video for the picture of what they looked like back then. Also, you can't beat the studio sound version
