Danny Liston was a singer in a '70s Southern rock & soul band called Mama's Pride with his brother Pat.
The St Louis group enjoyed limited success as an opening act for such bands as Skynyrd, Allman Bros, and The Outlaws from about 1972 to 1982 when they disbanded.
It seems Danny has been cryin' the blues ever since:
