Listened to a lot of Little Feat and Robert Palmer in the late 70s and Allen Toussaint covers were always special. Bonnie Raitt and Nicolette Larson also covered his songs. And Glen Campbell's "Southern Nights" is a classic.

i never saw him live, wwoz playing all of the greats , dr john, fats domino, professor longhair.

somethine about the 88 day of the year for the 88 keys on the piano?
