Like, "Monday, Monday" isn't a song you haven't related to, in some moments of your life? It's imprinted on me, in a good way, over the past 55 years or so.
On edit, I thought the Beach Boys attained this level of vocal congruence. Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons were pretty close too.
What happened to that musical moment?

... had a set of aesthetics that might not have been the same as the bands became the filter.
Like around the fourth big album and it becomes formula for everybody.

Every week. maybe more often, new music happened (on FM radio) ' It was an audio wonderland.
