(142 posts)Always loved this band. Pretty much wore the tapes out. Yes that is how old I am.
I met The Gin Blossoms once when I worked in a Promotions Dept in a Local FM Radio Station. Very cool guys and they were great in the gig in this little club in Dover Delaware. I was also a writer and had written a screen play. I wanted to use As Long As It Matters and I told them one day I would contact them with more details. I asked if they had a card and he gave me one and kissed my hand. Twenty years later that screen play is still on a zip drive waiting to be submitted to the next contest. I've got to say if it ever gets made I will reach out to The Gin Blossom or whom ever owns the rights to the song. It was perfect for my screen play. Still is. Sorry I took this trip down memory lane on your post. Good Night and rock on!

I always got why this was a hit.
