Version I posted with it. I guess I don't care that she lied about being indigenous since she had done so many good things for the indigenous nation with education and healthcare in activism through her music. Would she have been able to do the same work and gotten the same results if she had identified as Italian as on her birth certificate? I doubt it. She's an 82 year old woman that did a lit of good with her life, is all I see.

I must add that I am much more concerned with the motive of the publication that exposed her. Why?
