An inspirational artist that doesn't seem to get the attention & respect that other musicians like Robert Johnson, Merle Travis, Bukka White or Hank Williams do. Even though he absolutely belongs in that pantheon.

John Hurt was a foundational talent - He helped steer the course of the music that became our nation's songbook.
