... in town, owned by the bassplayer from Tin Huey. I got to know them when they were still at Kent, and when they lived in Akron in a band house, their original drummer became the drummer for Chi-Pig. They were doing a sort of jazz thing as part of an art project, and found a moog that someone had tossed in a dumpster leaving KSU after graduating and they devolved into Devo.
