Money must have been a different year (I bought mine in 1976) because I didn't have the open spool headstock.
It's a Giannini Craviola.
At nearly 40 years old, mine is in pretty rough shape but I keep it for nostalgia reasons.
She's the only person I've ever seen play that model.
