but I didn't live here then. West could play anything. Riffs from every popular guitar player at the time. Really got me hooked on indoor rock.

...open for Joe Satriani about 10 years ago. Maybe less than that. (Had to be more than 5 though. Leslie died in 2020.)
He and his band were solid & I couldn't believe how much weight Leslie had lost. He looked pretty darned healthy. Had to be at least 70.
He also played well during the encode jam with Joe's band, and that's hard for any guitar player given how phenomenal Satch is.
