....that we covered it for a battle of the bands.
Our version is quite different than the Zombie's original.

I wish the guitar player hadn't forgotten the words because I had to leave out the high harmony.
I had no idea what words he would sing so I had to lay out.
The rest I'm happy about.
BTW: I had been playing bass about 10 weeks by the time we played thus.
