I'm gonna have to come back when I can watch the whole thing. I saw 'em at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto in '66. NBachers Dec 2025 #1

Yes, we could've bought the 6 1/2 dollar tickets, but in 1966, that was a bit more of a splurge. NBachers Dec 2025 #3

My buddy & I took the bus up from our little Erie Canal hometown in Western New York and stayed at the YMCA. We flew back over Lake Ontario in a Mohawk Airlines DC-3. We went clothes shopping in downtown Toronto and bought shirts that made us look like we'd just stepped out of a Rolling Stones album cover.

The concert was great- Buddy Hebb (Sunny) The Cyrcle, The Remains, The Ronnettes, and The Beatles. We were yelling at the girls, "Shut up Shut up We want to hear the music" but we knew it was like trying to stop a tidal wave. Great times!

At this point in life, I wish we had, but I wouldn’t trade our experience for anything.

My friend got tickets from a radio contest, probably KRLA. We were somewhere up in the nosebleed seats and it's true, we couldn't hear the music over the screaming, lol. But still, what a memory. Even now at 75 it's something I've never forgotten.

Pretty impressive!
