"Hickory Wind" as performed by the Seldom Scene.

The Seldom Scene is the only band I can think of that has survived the death and retirement of all its original members.

Two versions:





It’s hard to beat the original vocal trio of Duffy, Starling, and Aldridge but I still pay to see them live.

Replacements are certainly skilled but not up to the original. Tempo of songs is off.

Also interesting. I believe Starling's day job was a surgeon at Walter Reed. One of them worked for U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey.
