reacting to their school districts cutting music education programs with their creativity.

They improvised and use what they could to create a new genre—sample, riffing with spoken word, etc.

It's music all right.

brought a tear to his eye. There is a lot of great music out there in the world, young man.
I have seen a couple of other clips of this guy's you tube feed. His voyage of musical discovery is really cool.
