I never really like listening to music while running. Totally takes away the atmosphere and where the brain can go especially if you hit a high.

I have a friend who does the same. HE HATES all these people being home. He works at home and takes his dog for a walk and puffs. Usually he has the sidewalks and area around him to himself. Now there are freaking Moms and kids around. Totally harshing.

They were quite enthralled with it.
