No one could play Chopin like Rubinstein. His touch was extraordinary

(2,920 posts)In an interview Rubinstein said that he used to play a piece of music like "this" and he played beautifully; then he said now I pay it like "this" and he played the same piece beautifully.
Side by side I can here differences between his younger self and older, but it is impossible for me to judge which is better.

He also played a couple of encores as I recall
