I think it's a necessity for me to let go and move to the music with joy. Yes, I sometimes do this seated so I don't hurt as bad afterwards, and it's pretty infrequent as well since I usually hurt afterwards. I'd just hate a life where I couldn't dance even a bit. I can't dance like I could when I was young, no jumping around now, but don't think I'll ever stop loving it.
