It comes from bees that pollinate Tupelo (aka White Gum) trees. Which exist primarily in the FL panhandle. Unique taste and properties.

but not unique properties, sounds like I would like sourwood better, caramel and gingerbread instead of cinnamon and whatever. Funny yesterday morning before I got here I bought some honey, I wish I had read all this before, I think I got clover
