My sweet little mama got up early every morning to make breakfast for my dad and us kids. I can see her right now in the kitchen wearing her blue robe, the radio sitting on the counter so she could listen to music as she prepared a hot morning meal, humming or singing along with what was playing. This song is so beautiful that even as a kid it touched my heart and sent my imagination soaring. Such sweet memories. Thank you!
