It went on the market. The market is pretty hot right now, except for small condos (pandemic - fueled wish for outside space, I guess).

with Jim Morrison. Can’t remember if it was in Arlington or Alexandria, but I think it was the latter.
Anyhoo, he had a yearbook with Jim’s picture in it. It was cool to see.
