That song is called Be Thankful for What You Got and is performed by William DeVaughn. Its a good song.
I also like Curtis Mayfield, but I dont think thats him.

it's such obnoxiously obvious clickbait after a damn decade.
I LOVE William DeVaughn's "Be Thankful For What You Got" AND Curtis Mayfield, btw. It's no different than labelling something "John Lennon - Stuck In The Middle With You"

If you go to YouTube with this link down below it does give credit to that William guy but link to his song be thankful for what you got Parts 1 and 2 is not available. Until just now I did not know there was a controversy, I've known the song for years
