Warren hired the Marcus King Band to open for Govt Mule back when Marcus was 19.
That's one hell of a validation right from the start

Actually, somebody turned me onto him a little while ago with the "Lonesome Fugitive" video featuring Billy Strings backing him on an acoustic while he played a Telecaster, also done at Carter's Vintage if I'm not mistaken..
Kid can definitely rock and what better choice than a Les Paul to do it with.
