I work for USTRANSCOM in the exercise branch we host the funnest field exercises our fine young service members have ever attended. Every day a joyous celebration and every meal an MRE, but you know- one of the good ones with Jalapeno Cheese Spread.

(12,904 posts)We had a former ROK soldier in 325 he was our comms NCO , intentionally Id enter the net and screw it up and youd hear this Korean American voice noooooooo then hed come to me and go you dumb ass why you rto Id smile we all would. And as for mre cheese that Korea troop Nco would cut open cheese pouch and lick it 😁
And once on live fire Im laying there and he hollers in Korean American accent put out rounds I hollered if I shoot it I gotta clean it fuck that top he laughed hit me on helmet said B you gonna be sgt major of army one day you smart. He was good dude I cant remember his name but we called him sgt ROK out respect cuz he served with ROK detachment Vietnam I think he said 71-72

* in the USAF back in the day the CBPO was the Centralized Base Personnel Office, where finance and admin worked. But it was a running joke that signing out to "CBPO" meant Commissary, BX, Post Office *
