back in the day.

The tone of his guitar on that album is amazing. His technique is perfect.

Plus, the piano work is also astounding.

This was one of the best albums of the sixties, no doubt about it. And I just love the psychedelic cover.

I've seen him live a couple of times. He seems to love leaping off stage and playing through the audience--only possible now that amp cords have been replaced by remotes.

A national treasure, no doubt about it.
