It IS in fact the highest rated record in the world on the popular 'Rate Your Music' music review site ... a site at which I've lost countless hours, I might add.

I'd say based on the list, the world's population that contributes to this site has damn good taste ... #2 is Dark Side, #3 is Radiohead again with Kid A ... 5 is Wish You Were Here.

Have to say I'm miffed that REM Murmur just barely cracks the top 200 at 198. PFFFFFT. So much better than so many albums rated higher. And Physical Graffiti is also WAY lower than it deserves ... only the fourth best Zep album (they go IV, I, II, Physical) ... I say no way. IV is the only one arguably better.

That list is a great starting point if you're ever interested in hearing something new ...
