I got my homegirl from the Bay Area flying down to go with me ... friend for 1/2 my life ... we're wearing leather, and we're gonna tear it up a bit.

Proof of vax required to get in ... I'm 2 weeks in from my booster ... so I'm fucking going.

which allowed me to get my seasonal "common" flu shot by early November as I had originally planned. Now that it's been at least eight weeks, I'm good to go to concerts -- and to photograph them, too!

However, some NJ towns, including Asbury Park, are re-instituting indoor masking at venues when you're "not actively eating or drinking." I consider that a problem because when you're not eating or drinking at a rock show, you're usually exerting yourself -- we're not talking about passively sitting through classical music!

7. Good for you! And btw, I like these songs even more than the

other Struts songs you've posted. "Primadonna Like Me" works better with their glam image than anything else of theirs I've heard.

And I love the bluesier sound of "Burn It Down."

8. AFA just a song to listen to Burn it Down is probably my fave song of theirs ...

Some of the others will probably be more fun in concert which has its place, but I really like that song. Got a great Faces/Stones/Black Crowes vibe ... would definitely like to hear a few more from them in this vein, they pull it off pretty friggin convincingly, seemingly w/o that much effort, so ... yeah.

I'm excited to shake the ol' hips a bit!
