There was some pure, kick-ass rock and roll in those days, and Uriah Heep was near the top of the crop.

I went on "Stealin" for many years after that before I ended up "buyin'". 😉

We saw them in Chicago but I don't remember the year. '73-'75 is my best guess.
David Byron had vocal power to burn.
BTW: Stealin' was part of our "back pocket" list. We had 10-15 songs which were not in our normal style, but we had them to randomly toss in to the night, maybe a couple times a month.
The fun part for us as that we refused to rehearse them. As tightly arranged as everything else was, the occasional wing it tune is fun!
