Sarge, Thanks for turning me on to this guy. After listening to this I explored a few other of his songs including a fine rendition of Mr. Spaceman. It is just some really fun stuff and I will be exploring more of him.

I heard "Trailer-park Fire" a few years back and it didn't make me want to chase him around the web. It's just a jokey corny banjo song.

Then I heard "Moon Shiner" which I describe as Earl Scruggs meets Van Halen.

BTW it sounds really different because he grafted a guitar neck onto a banjo, strung it with 6 banjo strings

That one made me a fan

Love the guitar work on "Joanne" too
