I love the Mahavishnu Orchestra - The Inner Mounting Flame is one of my all-time favorite albums.

blew me away! I got into McLaughlin after getting his jazz album Extrapolation for Christmas, around 1970, but that was nothing like what he later did with Mahavishnu Orchestra.

Subtle and relaxing. McLaughlin always brings together top-notch musicians. Ponty played on a couple of the Mahavishnu Orchestra albums and Hussain was with Shakti. Thanks for posting.
