by himself on that episode -- April 2, 1977 -- the final episode of Supersonic's three-year run in the mid-1970s. He did "Children of Rock'n'Roll" then, one of his songs from his solo album Natural Avenue.

But he had been on the show a couple of months earlier, doing another song from that album, and I just posted video of that performance here:

I’ve followed Justin Hayward’s solo albums. I need to give John Lodge solo work some listens.
