all i get are the 30 best , the 100 best, the 10 best. i jsut want a synth that is good and is compatable for my mac. any advice appreciated with thanks .

There's an extra cost to developers getting the Apple seal of approval. From their motherboards, to processors, to kernel access, it's tight. Either adjust the boolean on your web search or shell out a few bucks.

There used to be a website that tracked app sales by category (including music apps) but I cant seem to track it down tonight unfortunately.
