1. Wow! Thanks, Sarge! I had not heard of him or his band, as far as I can recall - and

since he was named after the Robert Redford film, I'm pretty sure I'd have remembered.

He's fantastic - love his voice, and the songs he writes. And they're all fine musicians.

These cats are from the St Louis area, but over here in Illinois where I live.

Over the last 8 years, I have seen them play free gigs at Eckert's Farm in Belleville. Saw them at random bars along Broadway in town & in Soldier's Park.

There are a few local artists who deserve a fair listen. I'll post about a couple soon
